Michael Harrington Joins CD&R as Risk Director

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. (CD&R) has appointed Michael Harrington as Risk Director, adding a strategic risk management position to their team. Harrington brings over two decades of experience in risk management, having worked at Lockheed Martin Corporation where he modernized the company's risk management approach and developed a Risk Management Information System. He played a role in industry-government collaborations to advance the national space program. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Harrington held risk management roles at Textron Inc., Dell/EMC Corporation, and Jabil Circuit, Inc. He also served in the U.S. Army and holds degrees from Norwich University, Boston University, and Harvard University. CD&R, a private investment firm with offices in New York and London, aims to enhance their risk practices under Harrington's leadership, aligning with their strategy of building sustainable and resilient businesses across various industries.
