Michael Hagan Joins Irwin Mitchell as Senior Associate

Hagan, who joined from Fletchers Solicitors on June 16, 2025, will be based in Manchester, assisting clients across the North West. With 16 years of experience in personal injury law, Hagan specializes in international law, including road traffic collisions, aviation and marine incidents, and jurisdictional disputes. His notable cases include securing a six-figure settlement for a client involved in a road traffic accident in France. Hagan's appointment follows the addition of partner Fern Mapp to Irwin Mitchell's Scottish team in January, further enhancing the firm's international serious injury capabilities.
