Michael Bennett, who joins TLT's Birmingham office from Shoosmiths, brings over 15 years of experience in construction disputes across various sectors, including process plants, rail, and energy projects. Recognised by the Legal 500 for his client-driven approach, Bennett's expertise will bolster TLT's capabilities in managing complex caseloads involving litigation, arbitration, mediation, and adjudication. This hire follows the addition of 29 lawyers from Broadfield and further recent hires, underscoring TLT's commitment to growing its construction practice.
