Meydan: Awards Over AED 1 Billion Contract for District One West

Meydan, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the awarding of a construction contract valued over AED 1 billion to Ginco General Contracting LLC for Phase Two of District One West in Dubai's prestigious Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. This project, which is a continuation of the luxury gated community, will offer high-end waterfront living at the Crystal Lagoon. Ginco, an experienced construction firm, will undertake the development of luxury villas and infrastructure, with project completion targeted for Q1 2028. Highlighted by CEO Khalid Al Malik, District One West Phase Two is intended to redefine luxury living standards, setting new benchmarks with its world-class design and quality. As a key player in Dubai's real estate sector, Ginco General Contracting aims to deliver this premier project, aligning with Dubai Holding's vision.
