Mewecom, the lead company of an international telecommunications group, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Net Value's ICT services segment, which includes NV Mobile, a mobile virtual network operator. Additionally, Mewecom will acquire a 26.7% stake in NVnova, a startup focused on advanced digital solutions, AI, digital processes, and IoT architecture. The operation aims for a strategic integration into the mobile telephony market and represents a move towards a more integrated and innovative group model. This integration supports Mewecom's commitment to developing cutting-edge digital technologies. The acquisition agreement, pending approval from Mewecom's majority shareholder and other standard authorizations, will be executed through a capital increase reserved for Net Value, exceeding 2 million euros. Post-transaction, Net Value will hold a 5% share in Mewecom's capital and Pino Donetti, Net Value's founder, will join Mewecom's governance structure.
