Mercia Park: DSV Expands Footprint With New Lease Agreement

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), a global alternative asset manager, has successfully secured a new lease agreement with DSV for a second unit at Mercia Park. This transaction expands DSV's presence on the site to over 500,000 sq ft, following their initial 315,000 sq ft leasing in March 2023. The 2.94 million sq ft Mercia Park, known for its build quality and sustainability, is now fully leased to its two main tenants, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and DSV, following a strategic lease surrender. The new lease with DSV not only secures full occupancy but also achieves a 40% increase in rental values, indicating strong demand and validating ICG’s investment strategy. The site, strategically positioned within the UK’s Golden Triangle, offers excellent connectivity and high-quality logistics and manufacturing spaces, further enhancing its appeal to major global occupiers.
