Memories.ai Secures $8M to Revolutionize AI with Human-Like Visual Memories

Memories.ai, co-founded by Shawn Shen and Enmin Zhou in the Bay Area, has recently raised $8M in funding led by Seedcamp, along with participation from Susa Ventures, Crane Venture Partners, and Creator Ventures. The company is pioneering a breakthrough in AI technology by launching the world’s first Large Visual Memory Model (LVMM) that enables AI systems to develop persistent, human-like memories of visual experiences. Unlike traditional AI systems that process data on a short-term basis, LVMM allows AI to recall visual experiences over unlimited time frames, similar to human memory. This development addresses the challenge of building a memory system capable of understanding and storing visual context, which is critical for applications across various industries such as security, media, and marketing.
