Medermis Clinics Acquires Majority Stake in Hautwerk

Medermis Clinics, a Munich-based healthcare provider specializing in dermatology and laser medicine, has acquired a majority stake in Hautwerk, a Zurich-based specialist clinic for dermatology and laser medicine. The acquisition enhances Medermis Clinics' geographic footprint and service offerings, particularly in German-speaking Switzerland, where Hautwerk operates not only as a clinic but also as an academy dedicated to laser medicine. The transaction was supported by the legal expertise of Advestra, with a team led by Beda Kaufmann and comprising Gktu Grbz, Fabian Loretan, Anna Capaul, and Lina Eisenhut. This strategic acquisition represents a significant step for Medermis Clinics in expanding its medical aesthetics and dermatology portfolio, aiming to leverage Hautwerk’s specialized knowledge and regional presence.
