IK Partners has announced the sale of Mecenat Group to Inflexion. Mecenat, a marketing and brand awareness platform founded in 1998 and headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, connects students, young professionals, and seniors with brands by offering exclusive services and events. Since IK Partners invested in Mecenat in September 2021, the group's revenue has more than doubled, overcoming global economic challenges and expanding its product and geographic offerings. Mecenat has grown its member base, broadened its product range, and made acquisitions in 2021, 2022, and 2023 to enhance its product portfolio. IK and Mecenat's leader, Jonas Odhn, expressed gratitude for IK's support and look forward to the new partnership with Inflexion to further strengthen Mecenat's position.
