Meadow Capital Management LLC, a private equity firm, is advancing its investment thesis in energy transition real estate with its Coalburn Site project in Scotland. This venture is recognized for its role in enhancing Scotland's energy transition infrastructure, as highlighted by First Minister John Swinney. As of this project's second phase, the Coalburn battery storage site's capacity is expected to expand significantly, contributing to a total capacity of up to 3GWh, sufficient to power 4.5 million homes for two hours by 2027.
