Meadow Partners and Citivale Acquire J4 Camberley from OSIM Clients

Meadow Partners, a global middle-market real estate private equity firm, in partnership with UK-based Citivale Group Holdings Ltd, has acquired J4 Camberley, a warehouse and industrial park situated in Camberley, Surrey, from clients of Orchard Street Investment Management. This acquisition is in line with their strategy of investing in prime industrial assets located in sub-markets with strong transportation connectivity. J4 Camberley, a 108,617 square foot multi-let industrial estate, is currently fully occupied and well-positioned to benefit from the high demand and low vacancy rates in the Southeast industrial market. The property, conveniently located near major motorways and airports, further allows Meadow and Citivale to capitalize on the growing rents and acute shortage of prime industrial space in the region. This deal follows their recent acquisition of Zodiac Park in Greater London, underscoring a robust and strategic expansion in the UK's industrial sector.
