Mcz Group, a producer of domestic heating stoves and fireplaces, has successfully acquired 100% of SIC and Sital Klima, companies specializing in conditioning, heating, and air conditioning installations. This strategic acquisition was facilitated by Psplegal, with attorney Michele Feltrin guiding Mcz Group throughout the process. The sellers, who are committed to ongoing collaboration in managing the companies, received assistance from Adacta Tax & Legal, led by attorneys Riccardo Carraro and Alberta Lazzari. Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI CIB Division, represented by Jacopo Dall'Armellina, served as the financial advisor for the sellers, while Luciana Sist and Nicol Ceruti Zacconi from EY conducted financial due diligence.
