Gaw Capital Partners, an influential multi-asset investment management firm, revealed an agreement to sell the Matsushita IMP Building to a consortium led by Mizuho Real Estate Management. Located in the Osaka Business Park, the property offers 12,747 tsubo (approximately 42,140 square meters) of net rentable area. It is well positioned near four subway stations and key business and retail districts, making it a prime office location. Gaw Capital acquired the office building in April 2020, executing renovations that uplifted lobby areas and retail spaces by September 2022, significantly enhancing the asset's market appeal. Considered one of Osaka's most prominent office transactions, the deal underpins Gaw Capital's success in realizing improved returns through strategic asset management and investment. Gaw's track record includes a diverse portfolio spanning various real estate sectors and managing USD 35.4 billion in assets as of early 2025.
