Matrix Renewables and rPlus Energies have announced the commissioning of Pleasant Valley Solar 1, a significant renewable energy project located in Ada County, Idaho. Backed by Sandbrook Capital, TPG Rise, and supported by a Power Purchase Agreement with Meta and Idaho Power, Pleasant Valley Solar 1 is now the largest operational solar facility in Idaho Power's portfolio, capable of delivering approximately 200 MWac / 261 MWdc. Executed by Sundt Renewables as the EPC services provider, the project utilized around 220 local workers during construction.
