The legal aspects of the acquisition were managed by Pietro Paolo Dippolito of L&B Partners avvocati associati. The tax due diligence was conducted by Pwc Tls, led by partner Alessio Rolando, alongside Paolo Sommi, Giulia Giordano, and Carlotta De Stefano.
