Carragelose is a distinctive sulfated polymer derived from red seaweed, renowned for its efficacy in blocking viruses and allergens. Marinomed, which is publicly listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, specializes in the Marinosolv platform that increases the solubility and bioavailability of poorly soluble compounds. Unither Pharmaceuticals, a French contract development and manufacturing organization, is the acquirer of the business, supported by legal guidance from Lamartine Conseil.
