LFM Capital, a private equity firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, has announced a strategic partnership with Marcy Laboratories. Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Glendale Heights, Illinois, Marcy Laboratories is a contract manufacturer specializing in the fragrance industry. This new partnership aims to leverage LFM Capital's extensive network and expertise in manufacturing operations to expand Marcy's operations and enhance its automation capabilities. The transaction marks a significant step for both companies, enabling Marcy to continue its legacy of providing high-quality services in the fragrance industry with added support from LFM's management and operational excellence. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Kevin Morton, CEO of Marcy, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the potential it holds for the company's growth and dedication to quality. LFM Capital's team, including Managing Director Conner Harris, Operating Partner Brian Kaminski, and Associate Ryan Gebhardt, played instrumental roles in securing this deal, with the opportunity initially sourced by Managing Director Jessica Ginsberg.
