Maps, an innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has successfully acquired a 51% stake in Ellysse, a company established in 2002 specializing in virtual assistance and omnichannel solutions powered by AI, under the brand Contatta. The acquisition, valued at approximately 1.6 million euros, was supported by financial and legal advisors. Specifically, Maps was advised by Starlex, and Ellysse’s shareholders received financial M&A advice from KPMG Corporate Finance and legal guidance from Baldi & Partners. The transaction is strategic for Maps, aiming to enhance its software product portfolio and reinforce its position in the healthcare market through Ellysse's IT solutions. Furthermore, put and call options were arranged to facilitate the future transfer of Ellysse's minority stake post its fiscal year ending December 2026.
