Manuel Fernández Condearena Joins Andersen as M&A Partner in Bilbao

Andersen has announced the appointment of Manuel Fernández Condearena as a new partner in its M&A department at the Bilbao office. With his extensive experience of over 25 years in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, Fernández Condearena is expected to enhance the firm's value proposition in Bilbao. His legal expertise is complemented by his academic background in Law and Economics and further credentials in Design Thinking and Legal Project Management. José Vicente Morote, managing partner of Andersen Iberia, highlighted the strategic fit of this incorporation in meeting the firm's growth objectives in the region. Fernández Condearena, formerly of Deloitte Legal, will join a team of three partners in Bilbao and will leverage his experience to support clients through intricate M&A processes.
