MAAS Signs Agreement to Acquire Stake in Youdian and LaiXi

Maase Inc., a leading provider of intelligent technology-driven services, has signed a non-binding framework agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Qingdao Youdian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and a 49% stake in Qingdao Huijulaixi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This acquisition marks a strategic expansion for MAAS into the new energy and intelligent service sectors. Youdian is known for its innovative electric vehicle services and residential energy solutions, while LaiXi has established itself in the intelligent unmanned car wash industry and mobile in-car charging technology. The transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, represents a significant milestone in MAAS's strategic upgrade and aims to create long-term value for shareholders. Both parties expressed optimism about the collaboration and its potential to expand the global new energy technology market.
