M2i Global Agrees to Reverse Merger with Volato

M2i Global, a developer in critical minerals supply chains, is set to be acquired by Volato Group Inc. through a reverse merger. This transaction unites M2i Global's critical minerals infrastructure business with Volato's aviation software and services platform, creating a dual-platform public company. The restructured entity will be led by Maj Gen (Ret) Alberto Rosende from M2i Global. The merger will provide M2i Global access to the NYSE American listing, allowing it to establish new strategic relationships and utilize public currency for growth. M2i seeks to leverage the listing for acquisitions and partnerships in the minerals sector. The company partners with NT Minerals, Reforme Group, and Regenerate Technology Global. Volato reported Q1 revenue of $25.5 million and projects up to $26 million for Q2. Upon the merger's completion, M2i Global shareholders will own 90% of the combined company.
