Lynxeye Joins Forces with Eraneos for Nordic Expansion

Eraneos, a strategy consultancy, recently expanded its Nordic presence by acquiring Lynxeye, a Swedish consulting firm specializing in strategy and market positioning. This acquisition follows Eraneos' earlier expansion into the Nordic region through a deal in Denmark. Lynxeye brings a team of about 100 consultants and enhances Eraneos' capabilities in strategy advisory services. The acquisition nearly doubles Eraneos' Nordic headcount and broadens its expertise, especially in purpose-driven strategy and positioning. With over 1,200 staff across ten countries, including Switzerland, Germany, and the US, Eraneos continues to scale its operations globally. Lynxeye's leaders see the partnership as an opportunity to enhance their service offerings, leveraging Eraneos' international presence and technological expertise in AI and transformation.
