This acquisition is part of Lynx's strategic growth plan to enhance its presence in the digital sector through both organic development and targeted acquisitions. This marks the second acquisition by Lynx after it reacquired its shares previously held by FSI, with support from Carlyle's Global Credit platform. The international law firm DLA Piper supported Lynx in this transaction, with a team led by partner Fabio del Bene.
