Luxury Living Group, backed by Haworth Lifestyle, has successfully acquired 100% of Fashion Furniture Design (FFD), which holds the rights for the Fendi Casa home line. This strategic acquisition allows Luxury Living to globally produce and distribute Fendi Casa furniture and accessories starting July 1, 2025. The legal advisory roles were filled by White & Case for Luxury Living, Dentons for Fendi, and Chiomenti for Flos B&B Group. This transaction marks the end of the joint venture between Design Quality Manufacturing (DQM), part of Flos B&B Italia, and Fendi, which was formed in 2021. DQM, controlled by funds managed by Investindustrial and Carlyle, agreed to exit FFD. The legal teams involved from the respective firms ensured a seamless transition of rights and responsibilities.
