Luxury Living Group Acquires Fashion Furniture Design

Luxury Living Group (LLG), a subsidiary of Haworth Lifestyle, has reacquired 100% of Fashion Furniture Design (FFD), a venture that had been formed in 2021 as a joint effort between Fendi and Design Holding under Investindustrial and Carlyle. Under this venture, FFD held the license to produce and distribute Fendi Casa’s home furniture line. Previously, between the 1980s and 2021, LLG was already responsible for the production and distribution of the brand. Now, LLG, under the leadership of CEO Dario Rinero, is once again managing FFD. Rinero has ambitious plans for LLG, aiming for €2 billion in revenue. Furthermore, he disclosed to Milano Finanza that they are expecting to announce a new acquisition in the next three to six months, with other larger projects slated for completion in one to two years.
