Global law firm White & Case LLP advised Lunate, an alternative asset manager based in Abu Dhabi, on its acquisition of a strategic stake in Azura Partners, a global wealth manager. Lunate’s investment signals its continued expansion into high-growth sectors like wealth management. The transaction is expected to enable Azura Partners to increase its assets under management, recruit top talent, leverage cutting-edge technology, and expand its range of product offerings. Azura, originally headquartered in Monaco, will move its main office to Abu Dhabi to benefit from the local regulatory and infrastructural advantages.
