Secretariat, a US-based global leader in disputes, litigation, and economic advisory services, has acquired Lsquare Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in dispute resolution in the built environment. Founded in 2022 by Khalid Lachheb and Taoufik Lachheb, Lsquare Consulting operates from offices in Paris, Casablanca, and Dubai. The integration of Lsquare Consulting into Secretariat will see the boutique cease operations as an independent entity. The acquisition brings Lsquare's clients and expertise into Secretariat's growing portfolio, enhancing its capabilities in managing large and complex projects. Taoufik Lachheb will join Secretariat as a Managing Director, bringing along the firm's team members. Co-founder Khalid Lachheb has decided to pursue a new direction in his career, focusing on corporate project management and dispute prevention strategies.
