Feng Yuan Technology Development Co. Limited, a Hong Kong-based company active in Asian fashion and footwear production, has acquired a 75% stake in Alps Italia. This Italian company, in 2016, took over the historic Fonte Paraviso mining concession in Lanzo dIntelvi. The acquisition of Alps Italia was legally supported by LogotetaRossetto. The legal team, led by partners Santo Logoteta and Giulio Rossetto, provided their expertise during the transaction.
