Deal News | Jul 02, 2025 | Globenewswire
LLYC, a prominent global Marketing and Corporate Affairs consultancy, has acquired the remaining 30% stake in Lambert Global, a strategic communications firm based in Michigan. This marks the completion of LLYC's full ownership and a significant advancement in their U.S. expansion strategy. The transaction was expedited ahead of schedule following the acquisition of an initial 70% stake in February 2024. This strategic acquisition will see the payment for the remaining stake made entirely in LLYC shares, contingent upon Lambert Global's revenue performance in 2025 and 2026. The acquisition will fortify LLYC's operational presence in the U.S., now accounting for 22% of its operating revenue as of 2024. Leadership within Lambert will remain unchanged, ensuring stability and continuity. Alejandro Romero, Partner and Global CEO of LLYC, emphasized the importance of this acquisition as it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and enhances its capacity to deliver superior services in a key market.
