Limonta Informatica has been acquired by Textile Solutions Group (TSG), a portfolio company of Elvaston. This acquisition allows TSG to expand and strengthen its customer base and market share in Italy, leveraging synergies within its product portfolio. The sellers of Limonta Informatica will invest in a minority stake in TSG, with Matteo Viganò, the son of one of the founders, continuing as CEO. The shareholders of Limonta Informatica were advised by the Mid Cap Advisory team of EQUITA, which partnered with Clairfield International, with a team led by Filippo Guicciardi, Andrea Dubini, and Mattia Brucci.
