Ligence Boosts Expansion with Simpact Ventures Investment

TGS Baltic has advised Simpact Ventures in its investment in Ligence, a Lithuanian startup focused on developing medical technologies. This investment round also attracted contribution from Coinvest Capital, the European Innovation Council, Estonian venture capital firm Lemonade Stand, NGL syndicate, and private investor Rita Sakus. Simpact Ventures, recognized as the first VC fund in Poland based on impact investing, aims to assist Ligence in its expansion and FDA clearance preparation set for early 2025, which will help make cardiac diagnostics more accessible globally.
