LaSalle Investment Management has achieved full occupancy for the Columbia Twins office scheme in Hamburg, Germany. The asset, owned by the open-ended LaSalle E-REGI fund, has now secured a 10-year lease with Assmann Beraten + Planen for the remaining space in the East Tower. This agreement follows another 10-year lease signed earlier in the year with SVA System Vertrieb Alexander. Columbia Shipmanagement occupies the West Tower, having been involved in the asset's development. Renovations led by Schmidhuber Future Work GmbH have tailored the East Tower for multi-tenant use. Originally constructed in 2009 and located in Hamburg’s Harbour Fringe, Columbia Twins offers over 9,400 sqm of high-quality commercial space with notable architectural features and sustainable certifications. Sven Becker, Fund Manager, emphasizes LaSalle’s strategy of securing long-term leases in prime European city-center markets, thereby ensuring stable income for investors.
