BonelliErede has provided legal assistance to Link Germany Tools GmbH, a company under A+B Industrial Tools S.p.A., in acquiring 100% of the share capital of Kuchel Werkzeugtechnik GmbH & Co. KG. Kuchel is a German company specializing in the supply of tools for the metalworking industry. With this acquisition, A+B Industrial Tools, which already encompasses 14 production and distribution companies, continues its international expansion strategy by entering the German market.
