Kognitiv Acquires ClouDevOps to Boost Workday Support in Europe

Kognitiv Inc., a specialized consulting partner for Workday, has acquired ClouDevOps, an Estonian company known for its Workday support services in Europe. This acquisition is a strategic step for Kognitiv, aiming to establish itself as the premier niche consultancy for Workday globally while expanding its on-demand service model to a broader market. Established in 2016, Kognitiv serves over 400 Workday clients—including global giants like Spotify, Finastra, and nCino—by enhancing the use of Workday’s HCM and Financial Management platforms. The acquisition positions Kognitiv to cater to the growing European market, which already comprises over 20% of its client base. ClouDevOps will integrate with Kognitiv, extending its reach across ten countries and offering multilingual support. Both companies share a commitment to delivering flexible, client-focused Workday solutions, evident in their joint initiatives over the past three years. This deal also strengthens Kognitiv’s post-production support model, promising enhanced performance and security services across its European operations.
