Kinstellar Advises European Imaging Group on Megapixel Acquisition

Kinstellar, a law firm, has successfully advised European Imaging Group Limited on its acquisition of Megapixel, a company operating in the photographic equipment and services industry in the Czech Republic. This acquisition was executed from Tomas Matejcek, with Tarpan Legal advising the seller in the transaction. European Imaging Group is a portfolio company of the Aurelius Group, emphasizing their strategic expansion in the imaging sector.
