Kingspan Group has announced a significant investment in Ukraine with the development of a EUR 280 million building technology campus near Lviv. This project, guided by Baker McKenzie during its preconstruction phase, marks a pivotal Western business commitment in the region since the onset of the full-scale invasion. The facility is set to bolster Ukraine’s reconstruction by creating over 700 jobs and producing essential materials such as advanced insulation, energy-efficient building materials, and district heating solutions. Kingspan, a global leader with over 273 manufacturing sites worldwide, underscores its dedication to assisting post-war recovery efforts through this initiative. The advisory team from Baker McKenzie was led by Partner Lina Nemchenko, supported by Senior Associate Elmaz Abkhairova and Associates Andrii Levchenko and Georgy Fizer.
