Kingspan Plans EUR 280 Million Campus in Ukraine with Baker McKenzie's Aid

Baker McKenzie has played an advisory role for Kingspan Group as it embarks on the preconstruction phases of a substantial EUR 280 million building technology campus close to Lviv, Ukraine. This commitment represents the first major Western business investment since the escalation of conflict in the region. Kingspan's extensive operations span over 80 countries, involving more than 273 manufacturing facilities and 27,000 employees. The new campus aims to create over 700 jobs and focus on the production of advanced insulation, energy-efficient building materials, and district heating solutions. This investment is set to significantly support Ukraine's ongoing reconstruction efforts.
