This strategic move, guided by legal consultancy Squire Patton Boggs, strengthens Kiloutou's Spanish operations, enhancing their lifting division capabilities and expanding their geographical reach within Spain through new branches in Catalonia, Madrid, and Valencia. Squire Patton Boggs' Madrid team, including partner Rafael Alonso, senior associate Manuel Gómez, and associate Jorge Bogu, provided legal advice for the transaction. Kiloutou is recognized as the second-largest lessor of machinery and tools in France and holds the third spot in Europe.
