Founded in 2010, KiiT runs 14 nursing establishments, providing essential care for residents requiring intensive medical support. With the increasing demand for nursing and hospice services due to a decline in hospital beds, KiiT is well positioned to cater to this need, boasting a robust business model characterized by high occupancy and unit prices, driving significant EBITDA margins. NSSK plans to deploy its NSSK Value-up Program (NVP) to bolster KiiT's growth, enhancing governance, marketing strategies, and expansion plans, including potential M&A activities. Furthermore, NSSK endeavors to draw upon rich sector-specific insights garnered from past investments to support KiiT's development under the existing management's leadership.
