Kimak, with over 35 years of experience, specializes in design, manufacture, and installation of systems, structures, furniture, and showcases for sectors such as fashion and luxury. This merger combines the strengths of both companies with a shared commitment to innovation and customer excellence. Kider had initially acquired a majority stake in Kimak five years ago and both companies operated independently until now. The transaction was formalized through a stock exchange, including the founders of Kimak in Kider’s ownership structure to leverage complementary expertise to offer greater customer value and strengthen market leadership across segments.
