Steda Holding, the previous majority owner, sold this stake, whilst the remaining 40% will continue to be owned and operated by Danille M. Hemmink-van Nes and Stephan P. van Nes, who will lead future projects. Caltra Nederland, founded by Ludo van Nes in 1984 and managed by his children since 2013, currently operates three production plants with a fourth planned to be operational by the third quarter of 2025.
