KASCO Developments, the real estate division of KASCO Group, in collaboration with Evolutions, has launched a new residential project named VOLNA located in Al Jaddaf Waterfront, Dubai. This 11-story building comprises 65 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, all aiming to offer a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal. With an investment of AED 100 million, VOLNA features a host of amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, and coworking spaces, designed to offer residents a comprehensive lifestyle experience. The project's strategic location offers convenient access to major areas like Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. The construction has already commenced, and the project is expected to be handed over by the second quarter of 2026.
