This partnership signifies a notable shift towards integrating artificial intelligence in transportation management systems (TMS). Kakao Ventures will spearhead the AI-driven initiative, focusing on the development of an AI-Agent for efficient logistics management. As part of this collaborative effort, they have partnered with BTX, a key technology provider. An official memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been signed, set to run until December 27, 2024, establishing a timeline for this strategic endeavor. The core objective of this partnership is to leverage AI and machine learning to optimize logistical operations, improve customer service, and minimize delivery times.
