K-Fastigheter, a burgeoning property group established in 2010, has successfully issued SEK 500 million in senior unsecured green bonds within an overarching SEK 1,000 million framework. The initiative, predominantly backed by Nordic institutional investors, underscores K-Fastigheter's commitment to sustainable development within the real estate sector. The green bonds form part of the company’s strategic financing approach, aimed at bolstering its operations which include property management, project development, and in-house construction. This issuance has been orchestrated with advisory support from Setterwalls and will see the green bonds traded on the Nasdaq Transfer Market, with plans for official listing on Nasdaq Stockholm within a year. K-Fastigheter’s class B shares already enjoy a prominent standing on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Mid Cap, signifying the group’s noteworthy position in the financial markets.
