JTRE Secures EUR 168 Million Financing for Bratislava's Downtown Yards

Dentons and Relevans have successfully advised on a EUR 168 million senior financing deal for JTRE's Downtown Yards project, a green residential development in Bratislava. Tatra Banka led a syndicate of banks, including Slovenska Sporitelna, UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Vseobecna Uverova Banka, in providing the loan. JTRE, a European real estate developer, is committed to delivering this eco-friendly project, which will feature 656 residences, commercial spaces, and extensive green areas, by 2026-2027.
