JRD Energo Group Completes Sale of Hungarian PV Plant to Obton

Oppenheim and Invicta have successfully advised JRD Energo Group and its co-investors in the sale of their Hungarian photovoltaic power plant portfolio to the Hungarian subsidiary of Obton. The transaction involves a solar power plant portfolio with a 29.440 kilowatt capacity. On the acquiring side, Forgo, Damjanovic & Partners and Havel & Partners provided legal guidance to Obton.
