José Morejón Joins KPMG's Consultancy Department

KPMG has brought on José Morejón as a director within its People & Change consultancy division, aiming to enhance their position in people management consulting, with a focus on executing Workday solutions. Cristina Hebrero of KPMG in Spain emphasized Morejón's significant experience, noting his crucial role in advancing the company's reputation in managing talent and digital transformation through innovative solutions such as data analytics and AI. Morejón, who brings over 25 years of expertise in talent management and organizational culture transformation, has held high-level positions at Roche Farma and Banco Santander, including Chief People Officer at Santander Digital Services. In academia, he directs human resources and AI programs at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. The People & Change department at KPMG, comprising around 1,000 specialists, is dedicated to reshaping human resources functions and organizational change management. They engage in strategic workforce planning, people analytics, and integrating AI into HR, partnering with firms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Microsoft.
