Global investment firm Carlyle has announced a substantial capital infusion into Jordanes ASA, a leading Scandinavian brand house. This NOK 2,750 million ($250 million) strategic capital package will finance a management buyout led by the co-founders, Jan Bodd and Stig Sunde, refinance existing debts, and support future growth plans. Jordanes, with a diverse portfolio of more than 20 everyday product brands, aims to accelerate its growth through organic expansion and M&A activities. This investment, led by Carlyle's Global Credit platform, is set against the backdrop of Carlyle's broader strategy to provide flexible capital solutions to high-quality entrepreneur-owned businesses.
