Jones Day Moves into South Station Tower

Hines Interests LP, a global real estate investment manager, has secured global law firm Jones Day as the first office tenant at the South Station Tower in Boston. The 15-year lease agreement, covering 41,000 square feet over nearly two floors, marks Jones Day's first move in the city since entering the market in 2011. The South Station Tower is a highly anticipated mixed-use development featuring 680,000 square feet of office space and 16 residential floors managed by The Ritz-Carlton.
