JF Technology appoints Andy Goh as future CEO

JF Technology Bhd has announced the future appointment of Andy Goh Joo Hwa as its CEO, effective July 1, 2025. The announcement is part of the company's JF 4.0 Transformation plan, focusing on strategic expansion and innovation. Goh will be responsible for overseeing existing businesses while enhancing technological innovation and market expansion. The current CEO, Datuk Foong Wei Kuong, will transition to the role of group managing director to drive the group's new strategic expansion efforts through business partnerships and corporate mergers and acquisitions. In a separate development, Ayer Holdings Bhd has appointed Joanne Lee Sor Phaik as its new group CEO effective immediately, succeeding Chua Seng Yong. Lee, who has extensive leadership experience in various industries, including property development and construction, will spearhead Ayer's next phase of growth, focusing on delivering sustainable value and cultivating long-term stakeholder relationships.
